Not even your mountain will stop your favourite clothes from being clean again! “Plitsch Platsch”, the in-house washing salon, provides modern washing and drying machines so you can wear your favourite outfit as often as you like!

Ski School & Rental

It’s only 100 meters to the ski school Bödmen-Baad and its associated ski rental, where more than 50 ski instructors are there for you. Your children will be well looked after in the largest children’s area in the valley.

Steinbock Loipe

The Steinbock Loipe begins directly behind the house. You can enjoy cross-country skiing in its loveliest form on over 16 km of perfectly maintained tracks.

Ski Lift "Jedermann"

Your entry into the ski area Kleinwalsertal/Oberstdorf starts directly opposite the house with the Jedermann ski lift. Whether directly on the Walmnendingerhorn or over the Heuberg to the Kanzelwand or the Ifen 2000 – you certainly won’t need your car.

Groceries

Being just 300 meters away in the direction of Baad, you will be able to reach a real Walser institution on foot: the “Josefle”. The locals have been shopping in this small shop for years. There is also an M-Preis supermarket in Mittelberg that has a larger selection of groceries in a more modern setting.
